Eligibility

The student should:

  • Have a family member attending or working at the school

  • Be  a member of Swallowfield Chapel or  local church group

  • Be referred by / transferred from a reputable school

  • Be referred by the Ministry of Education

  • Be adaptable to the academic and behavioural standards of the school

Registration

There is a registration fee of JMD $1500 for all new applicants. This is to cover administrative costs.  

All new applicants are required to:

  • Complete a registration and transfer form (if transferring from another school) and a         medical form

  • Provide 2 passport size photographs

  • Provide a certified copy of birth certificate

  • Provide a copy of last school report or evaluation done by a recognized institution or assessor

  • Provide the immunization card and a health record (required by the Ministry of Education)

  • Be in good standing financially at previous school,   if being transferred

  • Submit a recent educational assessment (dated earlier than 6 months prior to registration) if prospective student has exceptional needs

  • Sign the school's Statement of Faith

N.B. If your child is offered a place at Liberty - a 50% deposit on the school fee must be paid on acceptance of the placement.
